Updating the SSO certificates has resolved the issue. We believe the issue only affected Ravelin employees.

We have identified the source of the problem to be an expired certificate. We are replacing the expired certificate. We believe this is only affecting Ravelin employees.

We are currently experiencing issues with logging into the dashboard with single sign-on (SSO). We are currently investigating. It is still possible to log in with a username and password, and 2FA.
